Resources

As a student myself, there are many things that you can do to become the best version of yourself. I might not be an expert, but I struggle through challenges daily.

  1. Make sure to surround yourself with a group of friends that will help support you when you need it. This will help you feel less lonely during challenging times.

  2. Finding a sport or hobby to practice can help reduce stress. It will give you something else to focus on and act as a break during overwhelming moments.

  3. Focus on the positive aspects of school. These are years that you are never going to get back so it’s important to have fun while you can.

  4. Pressure will only increase during life. This is the best time to learn how to overcome it.

  5. Never let grades stop you from enjoying the learning process. Focus on the information you are learning and the results will follow.

Whether you want to support yourself or someone else, here you will find resources to help anyone who needs it. In addition, the linked sites will also contain more information about the difficulties today’s students encounter and why these issues are important.
